Since 1994 Czech Mint has produced all silver commemorative coins for CNB, predominantly 200-crown pieces featuring a variety of designs and marking different occasions.

Commemorative bimetal coin “Czech Republic’s accession to the European Union”
At the turn of the second and third millennium, CNB approved a special issue of a commemorative 200-crown silver coin with a gold inlay and a hologram. The inlay featured for the first time in the Czech Republic and, as far as it’s been known, across the world in legal tender, a hologram, specifically in the form of a stylized state coat-of-arms of the Czech Republic.
To mark the Czech Republic’s accession to the European Union, the Mint in 2004 struck a special CNB issue, a commemorative bimetal coin with a face value of 2500 crowns, consisting of a gold centre and a silver outer circle.
Technical specifications and descriptions of individual silver coins are posted on the website of CNB.
